UPDATED: Super Jersey Comic Expo Ticketholder Terms and Conditions

Super Jersey Comic Expo Ticketholder Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 2/26/2026

Nuff Sed Events, LLC (“Nuff Sed”) welcomes attendees (“Ticketholder” or “Attendee”) to Super Jersey Comic Expo (“SJCE”) and related official SJCE events, including Summer Spectacular (August 29, 2026) and Super Jersey Comic Expo 2027 (April 17–18, 2027) (each, an “Event”). By purchasing, holding, or using an admission ticket, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”).

Event Date & Location Notice: Event dates, hours, guests, programming, and venue/location details may change and will be confirmed on the official SJCE website and/or through official communication channels.

1. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification

Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending any Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, or exposure to illnesses.

Attendee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nuff Sed Events, LLC, each Event venue and venue operators, and their respective employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from any claims, losses, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from Attendee’s attendance or participation in an Event.

SJCE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Attendees must safeguard their personal belongings at all times.

2. Ticket Policy: Cancellations, Refunds, Postponements & Transfers

General Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing by SJCE for a specific Event, tickets are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for guest cancellations, guest schedule changes, or programming changes.

Tickets for admission, autographs, photo ops, meet & greets, and ancillary programs may only be refunded if the specific guest or specific paid ticketed add-on is canceled, relocated or rescheduled by SJCE. Upon these conditions, a refund or equal value compensation will be granted.

Postponement / Reschedule Remedy Election (April 18–19, 2026 Ticketholders)

If SJCE postpones or reschedules the April 18–19, 2026 event, SJCE may offer ticketholders one or more remedies through an official selection process. If a remedy election is offered, the ticketholder’s submitted selection will control.

For April 18–19, 2026 ticketholders, SJCE is offering the following remedies:

Option A: 100% Refund (April 18–19, 2026 Ticket)
Ticketholder may elect a full refund of the original April 18–19, 2026 ticket purchase. Upon refund, the tickets may be returned to sellable inventory for SJCE 2027.

Option B: Rollover to April 17–18, 2027 + Free Ticket to Summer Spectacular (August 29, 2026)
Ticketholder may elect to roll over their ticket(s) to SJCE 2027 at the original price (“price-locked”) and receive a free 1-for-1 ticket(s) to Summer Spectacular (August 29, 2026), matching the quantity of eligible tickets in the original order.

Important election terms (apply if you submit a selection):

  • Refunds and any complimentary tickets issued in connection with this remedy process can only be provided to the name and email address that match the original order record.

  • Selections are final once submitted. Refunds and rollovers will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of a verified selection request. Option B is not eligible for refunds once Summer Spectacular tickets have been issued.

  • If you elect a rollover remedy that includes complimentary tickets, SJCE reserves the right to limit remedies to prevent duplicate claims, misuse, or fraud.

Ticket Transfers & Upgrades

Tickets may be transferred to another individual by submitting a verified request via the Ticket Transfer Request page before the published deadline (if applicable for that Event).

Attendees may upgrade tickets via the Ticket Upgrade Request page, subject to availability and any published upgrade rules.

3. Event Conduct & Safety Regulations

Aisles and exits must remain clear at all times. Items blocking walkways are a fire hazard and may be removed.

Any theft, vandalism, or illegal activity will result in immediate ejection from the Event without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

Damage to the venue or property will be the financial responsibility of the responsible party.

4. Prohibited Items & Conduct

SJCE reserves the right to remove any attendee for violating the following rules.

🚫 Banned Items:

  • Weapons (realistic or functional), including firearms, sharp blades, projectile weapons, and any item that could cause harm.

  • Offensive materials: clothing, props, or signage containing explicit, racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise inappropriate imagery or language.

  • Counterfeit tickets or unauthorized resales: tickets obtained from unauthorized sellers may be invalid.

  • Outside food and beverages, unless medically necessary.

⚠️ Banned Conduct:

  • Harassment of any kind, including unwanted photography, touching, or verbal abuse.

  • Circumventing event and venue rules to enter the event unregistered.

  • Disrupting panels, performances, or guest interactions.

5. Cosplay & Photography Policy

“Cosplay is Not Consent” — SJCE enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment of cosplayers or any attendee.

Photography & Video — Attendees must ask permission before photographing or recording individuals.

SJCE reserves the right to use Event photos/videos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

6. Attendee Responsibilities & Show Floor Access

Entry times and early entry policies (including VIP entry) will be published per Event and may vary.

Attendees must wear their official wristband or badge at all times. Lost badges/wristbands may not be replaced.

Attendees are prohibited from soliciting vendors, guests, or exhibitors for other events without prior written approval from SJCE management.

7. Agreement & Governing Law

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Nuff Sed and the Attendee and supersedes all prior representations, oral or written.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Gift Cards, Redemption & Transfer

Super Jersey Comic Expo eGift Cards are only valid for the year in which they are purchased, unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.

All 2026 SJCE eGift Cards expire on June 1, 2026 and can be used after the Event to purchase merchandise and keepsakes added to the SJCE website. eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash, venue concessions, or autographs/table photos during the Event. They may be eligible for online pre-sale photo ops, meet & greets, admission tickets, and show merchandise, subject to product availability.

9. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By purchasing, holding, or using an admission ticket to an Event, Attendee acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
