The information needed below will be in your space purchase confirmation email, dated between August 21, 2025 and February 13, 2026.

Refund/Rollover Options

Please choose 1 of 4 options below so that we can process your selection as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please email us directly at info@superjerseyexpo.com!

Option A: 100% Refund for April 2026 space

Receive a full refund of your booth/space payment. If you reapply later, we’ll process it in the order received.

Option B: 100% Rollover to April 17–18, 2027

Keep your exact space type for 2027(price-locked) with no further action needed. You're all set for next year!

Option C: 50% Refund + 50% toward August 29, 2026

We apply 50% of your payment to lock in the exact space type for Summer Spectacular with no further action needed, and refund the remaining 50%.

Option D: Split to Both Shows- August 2026 + April 2027

50% locks in your space at Summer Spectacular, 50% becomes your deposit for April 2027 (price-locked) with no payments due until January 2027.

Important Note: Extra tables and passes purchased are added to whichever single show you choose. Should you choose Option D, you will be required to purchase extra tables and passes again.
