It's been a long road...
...and to be honest we're exhausted. So are you. Our original show date was planned for March 21, 2020...just four days after the initial pandemic lockdowns happened, and since then our show has been postponed THREE times, so please excuse us if we seem uninterested in debating anyone on the severity or seriousness of this pandemic.
If you're fancying a debate or plan on giving anyone on our staff a hard time about the measures we're putting in-place to keep our team, exhibitors and other attendees safe...
Official Covid-19 protocol measures
All attendees, staff and exhibitors will be required to wear masks on our show floor at all times unless you're actively eating, drinking or taking a photo op. Masks are not required on the main level of Bell Works. WE WILL PROVIDE SURGICAL MASKS FOR ALL ATTENDEES UPON REQUEST!
Our team will have temperature gauge guns at the entrance of the show. By CDC guidelines, a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or above is considered a fever. If your temperature is above this point, we will ask you to return in 15min for a second temperature check. If you consistently show this temperature or above we will not be able to allow you admittance into our show.
While we understand that keeping distance from others in a convention setting like this can be difficult, we are strongly encouraging all attendees to just...give each other space! Likewise, if a special guest or vendor requests a certain distance between you and them, please abide by their wishes so that they can feel at ease.
The SJCE staff as well as Bell Works' facilities staff will be ensuring regular cleaning of all regularly-used surfaces and ensure that hand sanitizer is readily available for any and all who wish to have it.
